Return and Refund Policy

1. The return and refund policy applies exclusively to consumers.

2. For products customized with your own print, Custom Supplies does not accept returns after production has commenced, as these items are specially made with your design.

3. Returns are accepted for standard products without any print, and a full refund will be issued. To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• The buyer is responsible for covering the delivery and any additional costs associated with returning the products to Custom Supplies.

4. All returned products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, including their original packaging. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
