1. Design Rights

By uploading a design to Customsupplies, you confirm that you own or possess all necessary rights to the content, including any required permissions from third parties whose data or content you share with Customsupplies. You also warrant that the content does not infringe upon, misappropriate, or violate any copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any third party. Furthermore, the content must not be unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or offensive.

2. General Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and delivery, exchange, and return policies between Customsupplies and customers ordering through the website https://customsupplies.co.uk.

Before using the website or placing orders, customers must read and accept these terms by ticking the acknowledgment box: “I have read and understood the terms of sale, use, and personal privacy policy.”

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is correct and accessible for receiving communications from Customsupplies.

These terms comply with international, European, and UK laws. Legal disputes will be resolved under UK law. Negotiation will be the first step in resolving any disagreements. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Customsupplies’ registered office.

3. Offers and Contract Conclusion

All offers from Customsupplies are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. Offers may be requested via the website or customer service. Acceptance of offers must be confirmed by the customer.

Customsupplies retains ownership of all submitted materials, such as designs, drawings, and tools. These may not be shared or used without explicit written consent. Upon request or if no longer needed, customers must return these materials and destroy any copies.

For third-party deliveries, the ordering party is considered the primary contracting entity.

4. Delivery

The risk passes to the customer once goods are handed to the shipping company. Orders are dispatched by Customsupplies’ manufacturers via carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Free delivery applies within the UK; additional charges apply for international deliveries.

Delivery times listed on the website are estimates and vary by product, ranging from 7 working days to 16 weeks.

5. Inspection Duty

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Defects must be reported in writing within three working days. For hidden defects, claims must be made within the statutory warranty period. In cases of valid complaints, Customsupplies will either replace or issue a credit for defective products.

6. Order Execution

Design files must meet Customsupplies’ specifications. No obligation exists to verify customer-provided files unless defects are apparent. Responsibility for data accuracy lies with the customer.

7. Defects and Complaints

Customsupplies will correct or replace defective products within a reasonable timeframe. For unresolved defects, customers may request a refund or price reduction. Complaints should be sent to Info@customsupplies.co.uk.

8. Liability

Customsupplies is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Liability for minor contractual breaches is limited to foreseeable damages.

9. Prices and Payment

Prices on the website exclude VAT. Payments are accepted via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card. Customsupplies begins production only after receiving full payment. Missed payments incur an 8% annual interest rate above the European Central Bank’s base rate.

10. Product Labeling

Customers must comply with relevant labeling regulations for products containing plastic, as required by Directive (EU) 2019/904. Customsupplies is not responsible for non-compliance.

11. Transfer of Claims

Customer claims against Customsupplies may not be transferred without prior written consent.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for non-customized products, which must be returned in original condition within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Customized products cannot be returned once production begins.

13. Refund Procedure

Refund requests should be sent to Info@customsupplies.co.uk. Processing takes 2–14 business days after all necessary information is received. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

14. Ownership

Ownership of goods remains with Customsupplies until full payment is received.
