1. Delivery: We commit to making every reasonable effort to deliver the goods as scheduled. Any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances shall not constitute a breach of agreement by Custom Supplies. We are not responsible for any consequential losses incurred.
2. Handling Goods Delivery Responsibility: We advise ensuring the availability of adequate equipment and designated personnel at your premises to unload delivered products/goods. Please note that delivery drivers are not obligated to assist in unloading. However, they will unload the vehicle at your premises' kerbside/loading bay area.
3. Receiving Your Items: Although we take utmost care in packing your order, there may be instances of transit-related damage to packages. Hence, we advise that upon delivery, you:
a. Before accepting your consignment, carefully check to ensure that the correct number of parcels has been received. If there are any shortages or damages, promptly notify both the courier driver and us in writing within 7 days of delivery. Failure to adhere to this procedure releases us from liability for discrepancies in the quantity or condition of the goods delivered. You will be asked to sign for the correct number of parcels received from our courier company.
b. Prior to acceptance, thoroughly inspect the entire consignment for any visible damage. Any such damage should be documented on the delivery proof of delivery (POD) before the delivery personnel depart. Notations like "unchecked" or "received but not yet accepted" will not be considered valid.
c. Immediately unpack your order upon receipt and inspect for any hidden or concealed damage.
d. In the event of discovering any damage, retain the consignment carton and any inner packaging. Hidden or concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery; claims for damage will not be accepted after this specified time period.
e. Notify us immediately of any damage to the goods. Please have your order number, consignment information, and tracking number (if available) ready to facilitate the process.
4. Important Notes Regarding Specifications:
a. Our deliveries may vary by up to ±10% in weight, quantity, or size compared to the provided measurements.
b. The color depicted in the digital rendition of your artwork may differ from the final product. Any colors provided as reference against the final proof are intended for guidance only. PackGenie reserves the right to allow slight variations in color across different batches of product manufacturing.

5. Delivery Address and Unsuccessful Delivery:
a. If you provide an incorrect delivery address, fail to furnish adequate information for delivery to the correct address, or if delivery fails due to circumstances beyond our control or due to a force majeure event, you will be responsible for any costs incurred by us for redirecting or redelivering the goods to the correct address. We are not liable for any expenses you may incur in redirecting or redelivering the goods to the correct address.
b. Should the goods be returned to us, we reserve the right to levy a reasonable charge for storage and any associated expenses, including insurance or preservation measures.
